We are looking for a Community Manager / SMM Manager who will be responsible for promoting our gaming platform and growing its audience. This role involves active participation in building and developing the community, creating content for social networks, launching engaging activities, and working with relevant news and events that attract new users and retain existing ones.
You will work closely with the product team and designers, transforming platform updates, game events, and team ideas into clear communications, strong content, and regular touchpoints with the audience. This is an excellent opportunity to influence the product's growth and build a vibrant community around the platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the platform's social networks (content plan, posting, engagement).
- Create content: posts, stories/shorts, update announcements, memes, guides, contests.
- Develop the community: communicate with users, answer questions, moderate, manage discussions.
- Launch and conduct activities to grow the audience: events, challenges, collaborations, partnerships, giveaways.
- Work with relevant news: releases, updates, tournaments, in-game events.
- Gather user feedback and relay it to the team (product/support).
- Analyze metrics (reach, ER, subscriber growth, CPA/inflow, retention) and improve results.
- Coordinate work with designers/copywriters.
What's Important
- Experience in SMM and/or community management (preferably in gaming/IT/apps).
- Understanding of growth mechanics: funnel, UGC, referral activities, influencers, community effect.
- Ability to write engagingly and clearly, feeling the brand's tone of voice.
- Familiarity with gaming content, trends, and meme culture.
- Independence: ability to launch initiatives and bring them to completion.
- Basic analytics and reporting skills.
- English language proficiency not lower than C1.

- Experience with Discord/Telegram/Reddit
- Experience in influencer marketing / UGC / affiliate marketing.
- Skills in short video editing or working with AI/templates.
