for an indie studio (game Overmind)
Hi! We are an indie studio Next Genium, and we are looking for a PR Manager to work on our flagship project – the space survival horror game Overmind. We need someone who will become the voice of the game, professionally communicate with the audience, and help build systematic community work. Game development experience is not required; industry insight and a desire to understand the product are much more important.

- Beginners: If you have been following the indie scene for a long time, run your own blog, or simply "live" in gaming communities – come join us, we'll teach you the rest.
- Experienced specialists: If you have successful cases in game development or related fields – we would be happy to discuss an expanded range of tasks and individual payment terms.
What you will be doing:
- Direct communication with Overmind players in VK, Telegram, and Discord (moderation, feedback, maintaining atmosphere).
- Writing texts for various tasks: press releases, development diaries, announcements, social media news.
- Interaction with gaming media, bloggers, and streamers (finding contacts, preparing materials, mailings).
- Creating content for social media (adapting news to the format of posts, reels, stories).
- Systematizing player feedback and transmitting it to the team.
- Monitoring the information field and analyzing the effectiveness of PR activities.
Our expectations:
- Understanding the specifics of indie games and the interests of their audience.
- Fluent spoken and written Russian, ability to formulate thoughts clearly and interestingly.
- Experience in managing social media (personal blog, community, thematic channel – it doesn't matter, the main thing is understanding the processes).
- Developed communication skills, willingness and desire to communicate with people.
- Responsible approach to tasks and time management: we work in a task tracker with regular reporting.
Working conditions:
Fully remote work. Flexible schedule, oriented around Moscow time.
- Employment options:
- Full-time (7.5 hours, up to 37.5 per week).
- Part-time (4 hours, from 20 per week).
- Income level:
- For junior specialists (full-time): from 40,000 rubles net. Monthly income growth is provided during the probation period.
- For experienced specialists (full-time): individual, discussed after the interview. Range – up to 120,000 rubles, depending on competencies and scope of responsibility.
- Prospects: KPI system for salary review upwards, long-term cooperation, the opportunity to directly influence the project's development.
- Employment type: contract, self-employment, or sole proprietorship.
