Vacancy: PR Manager / Promotion Manager for an indie game development studio. (Remote work)

About the company:
We are Next Genium, a game studio creating original game projects for PC and consoles. Our strength lies in creativity, flexibility, and a love for games. We are looking for an energetic PR and promotion specialist. You will become a key link in promoting our games and building a community around them.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and implementing promotional strategies for game projects;
- Building communication with the gaming audience (social networks, forums, Discord servers);
- Preparing and distributing press releases, announcements, and news materials;
- Interacting with gaming media, bloggers, streamers, and communities;
- Organizing and supporting promotional campaigns, events, and beta testing;
- Creating content for the studio's and projects' social media (posts, stories, reels);
- Monitoring the media landscape and trends in the gaming industry;
- Analyzing the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and preparing reports.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Experience in PR, marketing, or game promotion (from 1 year), or a portfolio of successful promotional projects in related fields;
- Understanding the specifics of indie games and their audience;
- Copywriting and text editing skills;
- Experience working with social media (VK, Telegram, Discord, etc.);
- Ability to find common ground with bloggers, journalists, and the community;
- Basic understanding of promotion metrics and analytics;
- Independence and responsibility in task execution.
Cooperation conditions:
- Work under a civil law contract (self-employment or sole proprietorship);
- Remote format, flexible schedule (main activities - during Moscow time business hours);
- Workload - from 20 to 37.5 hours per week (discussed individually);
