PR Manager
Hello! We are Next Genium, an indie studio, looking for a PR Manager to work on our flagship project — the space survival horror game Overmind. We need someone who will become the voice of the game, communicate professionally with the audience, and help build a systematic approach to community work. Experience in game development is not required; what's much more important is a good understanding of the industry and a desire to delve into the product.
Who we are looking for:
We are ready to consider candidates with different levels of experience.
- Beginners: If you have been following the indie scene for a long time, run your own blog, or simply "live" in gaming communities — come on board, we will teach you everything else.
- Experienced specialists: If you have successful case studies in game development or related fields — we will be happy to discuss an expanded set of tasks and individual payment terms.
What you will be doing:
- Direct communication with Overmind players on VK, Telegram, and Discord (moderation, feedback, maintaining a positive atmosphere).
- Writing texts for various tasks: press releases, development diaries, announcements, social media news.
- Interaction with gaming media, bloggers, and streamers (finding contacts, preparing materials, distribution).
- Creating content for social media (adapting news for posts, reels, stories).
- Systematizing player feedback and passing it on to the team.
- Monitoring the information landscape and analyzing the effectiveness of PR activities.
Our expectations:
- Understanding the specifics of indie games and the interests of their audience.
- Proficient spoken and written Russian, ability to formulate thoughts clearly and interestingly.
- Experience managing social media (personal blog, community, thematic channel — doesn't matter, the main thing is understanding the processes).
- Developed communication skills, willingness and desire to interact with people.
- Responsible approach to tasks and time management: we work in a task tracker with regular reporting.
Working conditions:
Fully remote work. Flexible schedule, oriented to Moscow time.
-
Employment options:
- Full-time (7.5 hours per day, up to 37.5 per week).
- Part-time (4 hours per day, from 20 per week).
-
Income level:
- For entry-level specialists (full-time): from 45,000 RUB net per month. Monthly salary increase during the probation period is provided.
- For experienced specialists (full-time): individually, discussed after the interview. Range — up to 200,000 RUB, depending on competencies and area of responsibility.
-
Prospects: KPI system for salary review upward, long-term cooperation, opportunity to directly influence the project's development.
-
Contract type: Civil law contract (GPC), self-employment, or individual entrepreneur (IP).
How to apply:
Please be prepared to complete a small test task after applying — this will help us understand each other better and assess your working style.
