The Administration of the Governor of the Transbaikal Territory is seeking a Deputy Minister of Housing and Communal Services, Energy, Digitalization and Communications.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the regional policy concept, regional targeted programs for the development of the fuel and energy complex, socio-economic development programs
- Participation in the implementation of regional projects and programs (“Clean Air (Transbaikal Territory)”, “Implementation of measures for the social development plans of economic growth centers of the subjects of the Russian Federation included in the Far Eastern Federal District”)
- Organization of events for the preparation and passage of the heating season
- Ensuring uninterrupted power supply to socially significant facilities
- Coordination of investment programs of territorial grid organizations
- Ensuring the reliability and safety of the region's power supply and gasification
- Conducting inspection activities regarding electricity sector entities
- Monitoring the market for liquefied gases and gas supply in the Transbaikal Territory
- Interaction with federal executive authorities and fuel and energy complex enterprises
- Development of draft laws and regulations on energy issues
Requirements:
- Higher education (Master's degree, Specialist degree) in specialties and fields of study such as “Heat Power Engineering and Heat Engineering”, “Electric Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering”, “Engineering and Technologies of Construction”, “Architecture and Construction”, “Urban Planning”, “Construction”, “Law”, “Economics”, “Management”, “State and Municipal Administration”
- At least four years of civil service or specialized experience
- At least three years of relevant managerial experience
- Experience interacting with federal authorities is desirable
