Director of Government Relations (GR) (Electrical Engineering Industry) at AKRON HOLDING
AKRON HOLDING is seeking a Director of Government Relations (GR) (Electrical Engineering Industry).
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a unified strategy for interaction with government bodies for the division's enterprises
- Representation of the holding company's interests in the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Energy, relevant committees of the State Duma, and other federal authorities
- Participation in discussions of legislative initiatives, technical regulations, and industry standards in the field of electrical engineering and power engineering
- Organization of the division's enterprises' participation in state industrial support programs, including import substitution programs
- Coordination of obtaining state support measures (subsidies, preferential financing, tax benefits)
- Interaction with supervisory authorities (Rostekhnadzor, etc.) on licensing, certification, and industrial safety issues
- Building and maintaining relationships with industry associations, regional authorities in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation where the division's enterprises are located
- Organizing meetings of the holding company's management with representatives of government structures
- Prevention and resolution of conflict situations in the interaction of enterprises with regulatory bodies
Requirements:
- At least 7-10 years in business interaction with government bodies, including at least 5 years in a management position in an industrial company (energy, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
- Experience in government structures (federal or regional authorities, relevant departments) will be an advantage
- Proven experience in implementing projects for lobbying industry interests and obtaining state support measures
