We are looking for a GR Project Manager at HeadHunter.

Your responsibilities will include interacting with government bodies, supporting projects to obtain state preferences, and developing ESG initiatives. The unique aspect of this role is its position at the intersection of product, regulation, project management, and ESG initiatives.
What you will do:
- Interaction with government bodies: Establishing and maintaining working relationships with executive, legislative, and municipal authorities. Representing the company's interests in government bodies based on management directives.
- Articulating the company's official position on legislative issues, initiatives, and public-private partnership projects. Organizing meetings, discussions, and roundtables with government representatives.
- Project support: Initiating and supporting projects aimed at obtaining advantages or maintaining current preferences when interacting with government structures. Supporting and developing ESG projects (socially responsible initiatives). Representing such projects to government authorities.
- Documentation and communication support: Conducting business correspondence with government bodies and organizations: preparing letters, requests, reports, certificates, and official comments. Preparing and editing official documents and presentation materials. Preparing and formalizing meeting minutes, final materials, and analytical notes based on interactions with government structures.
- Analytics and regulatory expertise: Monitoring legislative initiatives and changes in legal regulations affecting the company's activities. Preparing well-founded proposals for adjusting the regulatory environment. Consulting employees and management on the legal aspects of GR activities.
- Public communications: Participating in forums, working groups, industry committees, and conferences. Delivering presentations and speeches on behalf of the company. Preparing talking points, speeches, and informational materials for company representatives.
Who we are looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar GR role.
- Experience in IT/telecom companies with established connections in government structures (Ministry of Digital Development, Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Labor).
- Willingness to work from the office, and travel for business or site visits as needed.
- Personal qualities: result-oriented, strong communication and presentation skills.
