Vacancy: Director of Government Relations (for a major agroholding)
Seeking a Director of Government Relations for a large agro-industrial company.
Responsibilities:
- Build systemic communications with regional and federal authorities.
- Monitor and initiate changes in regulatory legal acts (NPA), including those for the agro-industrial complex (APK).
- Manage social projects with budget financing and support investment projects and state support measures.
- Assess regulatory risks, manage executive representation, and work with industry unions and business associations.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education and at least 5 years of experience in government relations. Experience in large agro-industrial sector companies.
- Knowledge of regulatory legal acts (NPA) and their formation process, structure, and operational mechanisms of government bodies and business associations.
- Understanding of state support measures, government programs, and enterprise investment activities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work with a large volume of information and in a multitasking environment.
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale projects (infrastructure, subsidies, etc.).
Compensation level will be discussed with final candidates.
Relocation within the Central Federal District (TsFO).
