A Communications Director is required at Novikov Group.

Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of brand strategy and communication plan to achieve short-term, medium-term, and long-term business goals
- Execution of communication activities and local events in accordance with corporate standards, as well as analysis of all promotional campaigns
- Effective management of all local PR activities, media relations, and social media presence, taking into account the positioning goals of the restaurants
- Utilizing existing media contacts and developing new ones in business and industry publications;
- Processing media requests and coordinating interviews
- Preparing content for press releases, author's articles, and key presentations
- Monitoring, analyzing, and presenting the results of PR activities on a quarterly basis
- Constantly evaluating opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising placement
- Developing relationships with opinion leaders to increase brand awareness in the professional community
- Tracking current industry trends that affect customers and developing relevant recommendations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in public relations, marketing, and brand management
- Successful experience in developing and implementing PR campaigns
- Established connections with business and industry media, bloggers, and influencers
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Solid experience with social media (knowledge of trends, KPI setting, analytics of conducted campaigns)
- Experience in organizing and conducting events
- Higher education (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields
- Proficiency in English is mandatory (written and spoken)
