Provide communication support for marketing campaigns, ensuring the integration of PR initiatives into the overall annual communication calendar of the Mars confectionery segment.
Assess marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns, creative concepts, and partnerships in terms of potential reputational risks.
Interact with media and bloggers, build and develop relationships with key information partners.
Coordinate the work of external PR agencies and communication partners, including document flow.
Evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and prepare analytical reports.
We expect:
At least 3 years of experience in PR, corporate, and brand communications.
Practical experience in implementing PR projects related to the promotion of consumer brands and products.
Understanding of the specifics of corporate communications, reputation management, and interaction with external stakeholders.
Experience in cross-functional interaction with sales, marketing, legal, and regulatory departments.
Experience in organizing events for media and bloggers – from idea generation to implementation and effectiveness analysis.
Deep knowledge of the media market, understanding of current trends, knowledge of media channels, and specifics of working in social networks.
