Responsibilities:
- Generating news hooks for promoting the "Magnit at home" format (primarily assortment-related, internal news hooks) in external communications and brand social media.
- Generating 360 communications for better promotion of categories (ready-to-eat food, fresh fruits and vegetables, and other categories) through own channels and opinion leaders.
- Monitoring Magnit's information field and adjusting external communications/ORM course for the format.
- Increasing share of voice and message frequency about the "Magnit at home" format, generating methods to increase share of voice within specific communication areas of the format.
- Liaising with the central PR department of Magnit.
What is important for us:
- Higher education in "Marketing and Advertising".
- Experience in Retail, on the brand side in FMCG companies, FinTech, e-commerce, advertising agencies as a marketer/PR specialist, experience in journalism (not in the classical sense) is welcome.
- Ability to form 360 communications: from idea, goal to planned result.
- Knowledge of the blogger market specifics and understanding of the principles of operation and communication of industry digital media.
- Literacy, high thinking speed.
