Our team is looking for a PR team lead to strengthen the brand's presence in key and industry media, ensure the penetration of key messages, and increase the reach of the target audience. This includes responsibility for anti-crisis communications.
Tasks to be addressed:
- Develop and implement a PR strategy in line with brand objectives.
- Ensure the brand's presence with specified key attributes in classical and digital media, and industry Telegram recruiter contact.
- Build direct long-term relationships with journalists and editors, understand their needs, and independently pitch topics.
- Assess communication risks and promptly propose an action plan, full responsibility for anti-crisis communications.
- Organize free participation of company speakers in business programs of industry and business conferences.
- Manage the PR department team and resources.
- Plan the budget, select partners, and evaluate cost-effectiveness.

- At least three years of experience as a PR lead or PR manager.
- Confirmed cases of media performance growth and independent management of anti-crisis communications.
- Experience in direct work with journalists from key and industry media.
- Ability to independently write, edit, pitch materials, and manage complex PR projects.
- Experience managing agencies, contractors, and budgets; ability to develop employees.
