The following tasks await you:
- Curation of PR projects and events for SOGAZ, PR for the medical theme from idea to implementation: "Sustainable Health" awards, "Clinic of the Year" and other special projects;
- Formation and systematization of the event calendar;
- Organization of SOGAZ representatives' participation in events;
- Work with theses and press service materials: processing and adapting approved theses for the format of a specific speech or presentation;
- Verification of presentations prepared by employees and departments for compliance with theses, meanings, and company positioning agreed with the press service;
- Preparation and submission of SOGAZ applications for professional awards and forums, supporting applications until results are obtained;
- Work with contractors and documentary support of projects: setting tasks, conducting necessary procurement procedures, monitoring deadlines, quality, and fulfillment of obligations;
- Planning and budget control for events, awards, and special projects.
Success Criteria:
- 3+ years of experience in communications, special projects, or business event organization; agency experience is a plus;
- Ability to independently manage projects and events: from idea and planning to implementation and summing up results;
- Ability to work with a large number of internal clients and related departments, negotiate, and rally people around a common goal;
- Content management skills: understanding key meanings, adapting press service theses for presentations and speeches, controlling the compliance of materials with the approved communication position;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Proficient oral and written communication.
