Head of Regional Information Policy

Responsibilities · formation and implementation of the region's information policy, including key communication directions with the population through mass media; · organization and control of coverage of events aimed at implementing federal initiatives, national projects, state programs, and regional development programs; · informing the population about the work of executive authorities, important social and political events, support programs, and development prospects of the region; · building constructive interaction with regional and federal media; · media support for historical and patriotic events; · promotion and popularization of digital services and infrastructure projects; · organization of the preparation of the regional head's annual report to residents, carrying out informational support and popularization of reports and presentations by the regional head to the regional legislative assembly; · coordination of the Regional Management Center in terms of operational response to public inquiries and resolution of emerging issues.

Requirements · Master's degree, Specialist degree (Public Administration and Municipal Management, Law, Economics / other education in a relevant field); · at least 5 years of state civil service experience; · management experience in a position no lower than deputy head of a state body; · established interaction with Regional and Federal Executive Authorities; · knowledge of Federal Laws on civil service, corruption, budget management, and public procurement.
