An agricultural holding Damate is looking for an Investor Relations Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an investor relations strategy.
- Identify key areas in investor relations.
- Implement a complex of relationships with shareholders, financial analysts, specialized media. Manage the preparation and conduct of annual general meetings of shareholders.
- Approve the concept of information policy, openness policy, information disclosure system.
- Participate in the preparation of comprehensive programs, investment projects, and the compilation of prospective and current plans.
- Organize the preparation and approval of the annual report.
- Perform representative functions when interacting with professional participants of the stock market, with the media, public and commercial organizations, individuals; comment on and clarify the actions and aspects of the organization's investor relations activities.
- Make decisions on conducting comprehensive public opinion surveys to adjust existing plans, programs, and the concept of the organization's external and internal investor relations policy; make proposals to improve the organization's performance based on the results of studying the investment community's public opinion.
- Control the achievement of the organization's performance indicators in investor relations; ensure timely elimination of shortcomings in the organization's activities that negatively affect the organization's business reputation.
- Provide prompt information to senior management, as well as heads of structural divisions of the organization on all issues related to the organization's activities in the sphere of investor relations, information and advertising policy, long-term programs for promoting investment products, innovative types of the organization's products, and information support for new business areas.
- Control compliance with the norms of legislation and principles of professional conduct in the field of investor relations in the organization's activities.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the organization's activities through the implementation of advanced investor relations technologies.
- Coordinate the work of structural divisions ensuring the implementation of the organization's external policy in the sphere of investor relations, and internal policy aimed at improving the quality of corporate governance and the organization's social responsibility level.
Requirements:
- Have developed and implemented an IR strategy.
- Have fully performed the IR function.
- Have experience interacting with both institutional and individual investors.
