IT company T1 is looking for a Project Manager for Interaction with State Authorities.
As part of the IT solutions development department, the company helps accelerate digital transformation with flexible and highly adaptable world-class solutions: modern IT products, big data systems, and comprehensive solutions for front- and back-offices. Developments enhance the flexibility and efficiency of banking teams' operations.
Responsibilities:
- Build communication with state authorities and relevant organizations in the subjects of the Russian Federation for further partnership and promotion of the holding's products;
- Promote the holding's product solutions within government bodies and relevant organizations of the Russian Federation subjects;
- Organize/prepare/participate in meetings/events with the participation of relevant and industry organizations, government authorities and/or their representatives, in order to establish partnerships and promote the holding's interests;
- Interact with state authorities, prepare meetings and events, and ensure the participation of the holding's representatives and management in meetings/events;
- Prepare analytical, reference, presentation, and other materials when organizing projects of various levels in conjunction with state authorities;
- Monitor various information sources in the field of legislative regulation and normative legal acts (NPA) within projects involving interaction with state authorities, industry associations, etc.;
- Participate in establishing business communication with INTC, establishing interaction for further effective cooperation;
- Operational GR.
Required skills and knowledge:
- Higher education;
- Work experience in a similar position for 3+ years;
- Knowledge of general legal norms, legal regulation of the relevant field, and the activities of executive authorities;
- Experience in interaction and work with government authorities and federal agencies (Ministry of Digital Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Economic Development, State Duma, Federation Council, etc.), experience working with regional authorities and universities.
