The Dobro.pfr Association is looking for a Head of Regional Government Relations.
Key Tasks:
- Interaction with Rosmolodezh on regional development issues, supporting working communications
- Coordination of work on interdepartmental councils in the subjects of the Russian Federation: information gathering, status monitoring, preparation of analytics and proposals
- Interaction with the Public Chambers of the subjects of the Russian Federation on issues of volunteering and public initiatives
- Coordination of interaction with regional authorities: involving regional authorities in the Association's projects, supporting communications, monitoring feedback
- Support for the work on the badge "Volunteer of Russia": coordination of processes and interaction with the regions
- Support for the "Region of Good Deeds" project: analysis of results, identification of problem areas and preparation of proposals for process improvement
- Support for pilot regions on issues of interaction with regional authorities: preparation of working meetings and recording of agreements
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience interacting with authorities, NGOs, public organizations, or regional teams
- Understanding the specifics of working with subjects of the Russian Federation, regional authorities, and public institutions
- Business communication skills, ability to build working relationships with external partners, adherence to agreements
- Fluent oral and written communication, ability to prepare letters, memos, analytical materials, and brief reports
- Systemic thinking, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and control deadlines
- Confident use of office tools: Word, Excel/Google Sheets, presentations
- Willingness to travel and participate in meetings with regional authorities and partners
