A major full-cycle agribusiness holding is seeking a GR Director.
Experience Requirements:
- You have experience in the agricultural sector; this will be a priority when considering candidates (your company may also be full-cycle, or may focus separately on livestock or crop production, or processing). We can also consider the food industry.
- You hold a senior position within your company, reporting to the General Director or Owner (CEO-1, -2). This position is NOT for growth; it is the primary representative of the GR function for the entire company, therefore candidates will be assessed from equally senior positions.
- You interact with regulatory bodies at the federal level, not just local ones (Ministry of Agriculture, Rosselkhoznadzor, other ministries, and relevant agencies).
- Your main task is monitoring and obtaining subsidies and preferential loans for the company, and participating in specialized state support programs for agriculture. Proven and completed projects in this area are mandatory.
We are NOT considering:
- Candidates with experience in any other sectors except agriculture and food industry companies.
