Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the agricultural enterprise's activities
• Organization of the company's production and economic activities, including crop production and animal husbandry
• Ensuring the fulfillment of production plans and the efficient use of company assets
• Management of financial and economic activities, control of the company's budget, expenses, and liabilities
• Organization of interaction with suppliers, contractors, customers, and government bodies

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in management positions
• Knowledge of foreign languages: English - B1 - intermediate (or German)
• Experience managing an agricultural enterprise (crop production and/or animal husbandry)
• Knowledge of the enterprise's financial and economic activities
• Knowledge of the labor, civil, and tax legislation of the Russian Federation
