KARAT JSC, produces products under the legendary brands "Druzhba", "Yantar", "KARAT", Violette, and "KARAT Domashniy" | relocation to Nizhny Novgorod Oblast | Staff of 120 people

Requirements: • Higher education (technological / economic / managerial) • WE ARE LOOKING AT CANDIDATES ONLY with current (2022-2026) experience in managing dairy production with milk processing of 200 tons, with a staff of 100+ people. • Successful experience in independently building a management system at the enterprise • Knowledge of the principles of organizing main and auxiliary production • Experience in optimizing production costs with measurable results • Data analysis skills and understanding of applied statistics for making production decisions
