The main tasks will include:

• reorganization of accounting services of individual legal entities;
• transition to 1C ERP.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes in the consolidated financial center regarding taxes, fixed assets, clients, suppliers, and master data, developing and implementing accounting and tax policies, managing processes for improving efficiency, standardization, and optimization of accounting, as well as ensuring compliance of SSC processes with internal control requirements.

The successful candidate must have:

• higher professional education;
• excellent knowledge of P(BS)A and management reporting for a manufacturing enterprise;
• experience as Chief Accountant in a large enterprise for at least three years;
• experience in building an SSC from scratch.

The position involves either relocation to the Ural Federal District or frequent business trips. Work from Moscow or St. Petersburg is possible.

The position is full-time, permanent, with a hybrid work option.
