Our client, a large manufacturing company, is looking for a Head of Shared Service Center (SSC).
The main tasks will include:
- reorganization of accounting services of individual legal entities and transition to 1C ERP.
- development and implementation of processes in the consolidated financial center regarding taxes, fixed assets, clients, suppliers, and master data.
- development and implementation of accounting and tax policies.
- management of processes for improving efficiency, unification, and optimization of accounting.
- ensuring compliance of SSC processes with internal control requirements.
Requirements:
- Higher specialized education.
- Excellent knowledge of Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) and management reporting for a manufacturing enterprise.
- At least three years of experience as Chief Accountant in a large enterprise.
- Experience in building an SSC from scratch.
Conditions:
- The position involves relocation to the Ural Federal District for the probationary period, or frequent business trips. Later, remote work from Moscow or St. Petersburg is possible.
- The position is full-time, permanent, with a hybrid work option.
