In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of processes in the consolidated financial center regarding taxes, fixed assets, clients, suppliers, and master data; developing and implementing accounting and tax policies; managing processes for improving efficiency, unification, and optimization of accounting; as well as ensuring compliance of SSC processes with internal control requirements.

The successful candidate must have higher specialized education, excellent knowledge of Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) and management reporting for a manufacturing enterprise; at least three years of experience as Chief Accountant in a large enterprise, and experience in building an SSC from scratch.

The position requires relocation to the Ural Federal District for the probation period, or frequent business trips. Later, it is possible to work from Moscow or Saint Petersburg. The position is permanent, full-time, with a hybrid work option.
