The main tasks will include: reorganization of accounting departments of individual legal entities and transition to 1C ERP. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of processes in the consolidated financial center for taxes, fixed assets, customers, suppliers, and master data, develop and implement accounting and tax policies, manage processes for improving efficiency, unification, and optimization of accounting, as well as ensure compliance of SSC processes with internal control requirements.

The successful candidate must have a higher professional education, excellent knowledge of Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) and management reporting for a manufacturing enterprise; at least three years of experience as Chief Accountant in a large enterprise, and experience in building a SSC from scratch. This position assumes either relocation to the Ural Federal District or frequent business trips.

The position is full-time, permanent, with a hybrid work option.
