CPO (Shared Services Center) needed for an IT company.
The company is in the midst of a product transformation. IT teams are already assembled, working, and waiting for you. However, this role requires not a classic product manager, but a CPO who can bridge the rigidity of regulated accounting and the flexibility of a product approach. Your task is to become the managing link between finance specialists, accountants, and IT. Lead regulated accounting and reporting. Don't just "pass on requirements", but create and manage digital products that automate accounting and tax records, company asset management, PBU, and IFRS.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining OKRs for streams and products within the Shared Services Center.
- Developing and maintaining the product strategy for regulated accounting.
- Managing 2 development streams (accounting/settlements).
- Ensuring the reliability and predictability of accounting system releases.
- Building processes for handling exceptions (manual reconciliations, emergency situations).
Requirements:
- Product management experience of 5+ years, with at least 3 years in a Head/CPO role for ERP or FinTech products.
- Deep knowledge of financial, accounting, and regulated accounting.
- Experience with product transformation (transitioning from "tasks for rework" to product management).
- Experience with products for finance specialists and accountants of 3+ years.
- Expertise in mutual settlements with counterparties, cash management, centralized payments, contract accounting, financial control (54-FZ).
- Understanding of APIs (integrations with banks, electronic document management) – at a level sufficient to set tasks for teams.
- Ability to work with a large number of exceptions (manual reconciliations are a norm in Shared Services Centers).
