We are looking for a Deputy Chief Accountant at the Frambini chocolate production facility.
Frambini is a unique confectionery company that delights its customers with a new taste – raspberries in chocolate.
Responsibilities:
- Control over the correctness and timely reflection of business transactions in 1C;
- Control over timely closing of the database – by the 5th of the month. Correction of errors during closing;
- Production department control;
- Accounting for loans and borrowings, interest accrual;
- Accounting for fixed assets movement/leasing;
- Accounting for settlements with counterparties, analysis of accounts receivable and accounts payable (including reconciliation with retail chains);
- Foreign economic activity (FEA);
- Preparation for submitting reports to the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate (IFNS), statistics, etc.;
- Control over the Unified Tax Account (ENS);
- Passing inspections by fiscal authorities (preparation of documentation upon requests, responses to requirements from controlling bodies, banks, and others);
- Execution of the chief accountant's assignments;
- Participation in inventory counts;
- Participation in process automation.
Requirements:
- Experience working with 1C: Accounting, 1C: ERP;
- Experience in independently closing the database/preparing tax reports;
- Experience in passing IFNS inspections/audits, experience in production enterprises (food industry), FEA experience.

- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- Salary is discussed individually with each candidate depending on their competency level;
- Work schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00;
