Key Responsibilities:

• Management of the department and team (brand managers) for the "skincare and cosmetics" categories, development and maintenance of the marketing plan.
• Communication with manufacturing brands, control and tracking, implementation of promotions and marketing activities in retail chains, at points of sale, online, and in social media in collaboration with other departments.
• Brand management, maintaining and adjusting price lists, tracking and controlling orders placed with the factory.
• Interaction with logistics – supply control.
• Interaction with the sales department to increase sales of assigned brands (motivational programs).
• Interaction with the PR department for event organization. Adaptation and execution of the marketing plan from the supplier.
• Interaction with the training department regarding the organization of international training.
• Analysis and provision of information on new distribution channels, interaction schemes with them.
• Business correspondence with suppliers (brand representatives) on all operational issues related to assigned brands and joint problem-solving.
• Preparation of reports for management, verification of reports with an analyst for suppliers, control over the timely availability of information for partners (on the Molecule website and their partners, on social media).
• Control of merchandising and sales across all points of sale.
• Data entry and tracking of brand information in the 1C database.
• Monitoring and analysis of product inventory, sales analysis, working with sales reports, identifying bestsellers and slow-movers.
• Timely placement of orders with the supplier.
• Good skills in working with nomenclature, working with nomenclature cards.

Candidate Profile:

• Successful brand management experience, at least 3 years in luxury or premium skincare brands.
• Proven experience in successful launch or management of luxury products.
• Deep expertise in skincare products and understanding of trends in this field.
• Fluent in English.
