Brand Manager for Face and Body Care Category

Responsibilities:

• • Managing the category strategy based on external analytics and internal data.
• • Leading the new product development process for the category:
• analysis of the global innovation pipeline, local market trends, and consumer behavior,
• participation in innovation conferences,
• overseeing the preparation of the local innovation plan for the category, briefs for new products, branding, and packaging.
• • Leading the marketing aspects of product localization for the category:
• preparing proposals for improving the quality and optimizing the cost of existing products,
• overseeing the preparation of detailed briefs for product refinement and visualization.
• • Preparing a comprehensive support plan for key category launches.

Requirements:

• • Education: Higher education in Marketing / Economics
• • Work experience: from 3 years in relevant positions, experience in the face and body care / perfume category will be an advantage
• • Combination of strong analytical skills and creative thinking
• • Communication skills, leadership qualities, project management skills
• • English language (spoken and written): from Intermediate level
