What you will be doing:

Develop and implement wholesale sales strategy in Sport, Fish, and Extreme segments
Achieve revenue and profitability targets
Attract new and develop existing dealers, build relationships with corporate clients
Manage the wholesale sales team
Analyze sales performance, market, competitors, and customer needs
Develop the CRM system and increase the transparency of sales department operations
Optimize sales processes and improve team efficiency
Ensure a high level of customer service and deal support at all stages

To become part of the team, you will need:

Experience in managing B2B sales
Experience in attracting and developing specialized stores, major retail chains, including Sportmaster, Kant, AlpIndustria, Trial-Sport, Trajectory, Sport-Marathon, etc., as well as large corporate clients, including those in the oil and gas industry
Experience in managing and developing a sales team
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Understanding of deal economics, profitability, and budget
Experience working with CRM and building sales processes
Understanding of the ski and outdoor market
