A Baltika brewing company is looking for a Team Lead of Sales Representatives.
Baltika Company is one of the largest beer producers, an exporter, and a leader in the energy drinks and non-alcoholic beer market in Russia. The company operates 8 plants and has over 700 Russian and international awards in professional and consumer competitions.

What you will be doing:
- Selling a product chosen by millions, working with brands that inspire trust and positive emotions.
- Your goal is to increase sales in your assigned territory. You will be constantly on the move, actively interacting with the team and clients.
Tasks:
- Fulfilling sales volume plans in the assigned territory;
- Building an effective work process for the team of sales representatives;
- Setting tasks, monitoring their completion, conducting field training and audits of the team;
- Communicating with distributors and key clients;
- Preparing reports on the team's performance results.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of work experience in FMCG companies;
- Knowledge in sales management and trade marketing;
- Willingness to travel for work;
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing conditions.
