Seeking a Director for a TOP-2 seafood distribution business

Business Volume: 6+ billion rubles per year. Location: Moscow (center). Main Operations: Moscow and Saint Petersburg.

About the Company:

• Product range focused on caviar with distribution throughout the Russian Federation.
• Direct, long-standing relationships with fishing and processing enterprises in the Far East and Kamchatka.
• Own logistics representatives (air and land transport).
• Warehouse facilities in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
• Main Sales Channels: wholesale to specialized retail chains, sales to medium and small wholesalers, dealers, marketplaces, corporate sales, work with private clients through a showroom in Moscow.
• The company is 7 years old, in a stage of active development.

Management: Until now, managed by the owner. The Director's scope of responsibility will not include purchasing and contacts with industrial suppliers (this is the owner's task).

Responsibilities:

• Systematize the work of the sales department.
• Set up analytics, planning, control, motivation, and employee training.
• Develop and implement a program for the development of existing clients.
• Enter regional markets, find new clients, and increase sales volumes.
• Develop unique selling propositions.
• Reporting to - the sales department (10 people).

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent experience managing a B2B sales department (large, medium, and small wholesale).
• Experience with seasonality, daily pricing, and high transaction speed.
• Skills in building long-term client relationships.
• Experience with CRM (Bitrix is implemented in the company).

Conditions:

• Reporting to the owner.
• Work location: center of Moscow.
• Compensation: fix + % totals 600,000 – 700,000 rubles per month after taxes (at current volumes).
