What you will be doing:

Developing and implementing a wholesale sales strategy in the Sport, Fish, and Extreme segments
Meeting revenue and profitability targets
Attracting new dealers and developing existing ones, building relationships with corporate clients
Managing the wholesale sales team
Analyzing sales performance, market, competitors, and customer needs
Developing the CRM system and increasing the transparency of the sales department's operations
Optimizing sales processes and improving team efficiency
Ensuring a high level of customer service and managing deals at all stages

To become part of the team, you will need:

Experience in managing B2B sales
Experience in attracting and developing specialized stores, large retail chains, including Sportmaster, Kant, AlpIndustria, Trial-Sport, Traektoriya, Sport-Marathon, etc., as well as large corporate clients, including those from the oil and gas industry
Experience in managing and developing a sales team
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Understanding of deal economics, profitability, and budgeting
Experience with CRM and building sales processes
Understanding of the ski and outdoor market
