Head of Wholesale Business Unit at Cooper (ex. SberMarket)
Cooper (ex. SberMarket) is looking for a Head of Wholesale Business Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategy for attracting new wholesale clients;
- Independently manage the project portfolio: organize and launch projects;
- Build cross-functional interaction — work closely with sales, marketing, and analytics teams;
- Control shipping documentation;
- Track and analyze accounts receivable;
- Manage employees: coordinate work, set focus areas, distribute tasks, monitor KPI performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Hold a higher education degree;
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in wholesale sales or distribution;
- Have managed a team: set tasks, monitored execution, motivated and developed employees;
- Understand the specifics of working with corporate clients and have conducted negotiations with top company executives;
- Have experience managing wholesale projects (and can present several of them) — from idea to launch, working with product, analytics, marketing, and other related teams;
- Be proficient in CRM and 1C;
- Understand labeling and the specifics of the wholesale market.
