TRIXY beauty — Head of Sales & Marketing
TRIXY BEAUTY is a brand of women's decorative cosmetics in the mid-price segment. We sell on Wildberries, Ozon, Lamoda, in Zolotoye Yabloko, through our own website, and B2B channels.
The company is in the scaling stage – we are looking for a leader who will unite sales and marketing into a single commercial system and ensure revenue and profit growth. The main result is sustainable growth of revenue and gross profit while simultaneously reducing the business's dependence on the owner's daily involvement.

Responsibilities
- Building and managing the commercial block: e-commerce, marketplaces, B2B, marketing.
- Development and implementation of a sales and profitability growth strategy.
- Channel management: Wildberries, Ozon, Lamoda, website, retail chains.
- Assortment management and launch of new SKUs (hero products, priorities).
- Marketing control: advertising, UGC, bloggers, content, CAC.
- Analytics and economics: revenue, margin, CAC, turnover, SKU efficiency.
- Implementation of KPIs, reporting, and regular management.
- Team management (marketplaces, B2B/KAM, marketing).
Requirements
- Sales / e-commerce / marketing management experience from 3 years.
- Mandatory experience with Wildberries and Ozon.
- Experience working with B2B or retail chains.
- Understanding of unit economics, P&L, gross margin, CAC.
- Experience in team management and KPI implementation.
- Ability to work with multiple sales channels simultaneously.
Will be a plus: experience in beauty/FMCG, Lamoda, Zolotoye Yabloko, new product launches.
Conditions
- Income from 200,000 ₽ (fixed + KPI bonuses).
