The decorative cosmetics brand TRIXY BEAUTY is looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing.
TRIXY BEAUTY is a mid-price segment brand of women's decorative cosmetics. They sell on Wildberries, Ozon, Lamoda, in Zolotoye Yabloko, through their own website, and via B2B channels. The company is in a scaling phase and is seeking a leader who can integrate sales and marketing into a single commercial system and ensure revenue and profit growth. The main goal is sustainable growth in revenue and gross profit, while simultaneously reducing the business's dependence on the owner's daily involvement.
Responsibilities:
- Building and managing the commercial unit: e-commerce, marketplaces, B2B, marketing
- Developing and implementing a strategy for sales and margin growth
- Managing channels: Wildberries, Ozon, Lamoda, website, retail chains
- Managing assortment and launching new SKUs (hero products, priorities)
- Marketing control: advertising, UGC, bloggers, content, CPA
- Analytics and economics: revenue, margin, CPA, turnover, SKU efficiency
- Implementing KPIs, reporting, and regular management
- Team management (marketplaces, B2B/KAM, marketing)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales management / e-commerce / marketing
- Experience with Wildberries and Ozon is mandatory
- Experience with B2B or retail chains
- Understanding of unit economics, P&L, margin, CPA
- Experience in team management and KPI implementation
- Skill in working with multiple sales channels simultaneously
- Plus: experience in beauty/FMCG, Lamoda, Zolotoye Yabloko, launching new products
Conditions:
- Income from 200,000 ₽ (fixed + KPI bonuses)
