Head of Marketplace (WB / Ozon)
📍Moscow | hybrid / office | a major fashion retailer is looking for a Head-level marketplace manager with real experience in managing turnover and P&L.
Role Responsibilities: Increase revenue and profitability on Wildberries and Ozon by managing strategy, assortment, and team. • Full P&L of the marketplace division (revenue, margin, DRR) • Formation and defense of the annual strategy (WB, Ozon) • Management of assortment, pricing, and advertising budgets • Sales scaling and launch of new categories / channels • Team management (performance, content, analytics) • Interaction with marketplace account managers • Risk control (blockages, fines, operational failures) • Regular reporting to the owner (dashboards, P&L) Requirements: • Experience as Head of Marketplace / E-commerce in retail • Turnover management from 50+ million ₽/month (preferably 100+) • Confirmed growth cases (x2–x3 GMV, economic improvement) • Deep understanding of unit economics (margin, logistics, CAC/LTV) • Practical experience with WB and Ozon (advertising, analytics, assortment) • Team management of 10+ people
