Importer of food and non-food products Grand Trade is seeking a Director of Strategic Development for Warehouse and Production Infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a strategy for the development of the company's warehouse and production infrastructure, taking into account current and prospective business needs.
- Coordination and control of the implementation of key infrastructure projects, including the construction, modernization, and launch of warehouse hubs, production workshops, and 3PL sites.
- Analysis of the market, industry, and competitive environment to identify growth points and optimize infrastructure solutions.
- Management of interaction with contractors, 3PL operators, and other external partners, ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Organization and control of operational activities in infrastructure facilities to improve production and logistical efficiency.
- Implementation of modern technological solutions and integration of standards to maintain the company's competitiveness.
- Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and operational activities, regular risk analysis, and development of measures to reduce them.
- Preparation of strategic reports and presentations for top management, coordination of cross-functional interaction.
- Ensuring sustainable growth and scaling of infrastructure in accordance with the company's business processes.
- Implementation and development of a project management system, standards, and methodologies for organizational improvement of departments.
