Alcoy pharma company is seeking a Development Director.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the company's development strategy, tactical planning.
- Building and developing the company's warehouse and transport logistics in line with increasing sales and production volumes.
- Searching for new partners, conducting negotiations with top management, concluding distribution agreements with Russian and foreign companies, including those that have not previously entered the Russian market.
- Conducting negotiations and concluding contracts in new markets, the ability to find profitable contacts and promote ideas to achieve commercial benefit.
- Ensuring the achievement of financial indicators: margin, sales volume, average order, conversion, turnover plan, service, new clients, new territories, overdue accounts receivable.
- Dynamic development of all sales channels: pharmaceutical distributors, retail, marketplaces, direct online sales, etc.
- Participation in the development of KPIs for heads of departments and tools for their tracking.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics/marketing.
- Minimum experience: from 5 years as a Development Director, Operations Director, General Director in medium or large companies in the cosmetics, dietary supplements, or pharmaceuticals markets.
- High expertise in building business processes, including from scratch.
- Experience in building and developing warehouse and transport logistics in large companies.
- Experience in operational and financial-administrative management in medium or large companies.
- Knowledge of the principles of building a product distribution system (distributors, specialized retail, direct sales, e-commerce).
- Knowledge of the specifics of marketing in the company's operating markets (therapeutic cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements).
- High responsibility and independence in decision-making.
- High level of intuition and understanding of market trends.
