Your Responsibilities:
- Organization and coordination of activities across all company production sites.
- Participation in the development and implementation of production capacity development strategies in line with business goals.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of production plans, adherence to deadlines, and product quality.
- Control over the efficient use of resources: personnel, equipment, raw materials.
- Participation in the implementation of modern production planning methods, quality management systems, and lean manufacturing.
- Management of production site budgets, cost control, and expense optimization.
- Management of site managers, development of human resources potential, formation of effective management teams.
- Interaction with other company departments.
- Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators, preparation of regular reports for company management.
What is Important for this Position:
- Higher education (technical/management).
- At least 5-7 years of experience managing production sites.
- Knowledge of production organization technologies and quality management.
- Experience in implementing and using production planning systems.
- Skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and project management.
- Leadership qualities, ability to form and motivate teams.
- Willingness to travel for work.
