Production Director for the pharmaceutical company R-Pharm
Responsibilities:
- Organization of the production process for the release of finished medicinal products in accordance with the production plan. Planning the production process for the release of finished medicinal products.
- Organizes the production process for the release of finished medicinal products in terms of quantity and nomenclature corresponding to the enterprise's production plans.
- Organizes control over the production process of finished medicinal products and intermediate products.
- Organizes control over compliance with technological discipline at the enterprise's production sites.
- Approves and develops production programs (plans) and schedules for the release of finished medicinal products.
- Develops measures to reduce material and time costs for production.
- Approves requests for raw materials and materials, technical documentation, equipment, tools, components, transport, etc., for the fulfillment of the production plan.
- Organizes the production process in accordance with the requirements of state standards and international GMP standards, and internal enterprise standards.
Ideal Candidate:
- Higher education. Advanced training in the field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of GMP standards.
- Proficiency in tools for planning, organizing, and controlling the production process.
- Strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- High analytical skills and the ability to make well-considered decisions.
- Communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Confident PC user.
- Literacy, responsibility, diligence, attention to detail.
