Corporate Production Director at Binnopharm Group Pharmaceutical Company
Binnopharm Group pharmaceutical company is seeking a Corporate Production Director.
Direct reporting to the CEO of the group of companies.
Binnopharm Group is one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in Russia. They are building an international company that develops, manufactures, and successfully launches its products into new markets, creating an extensive sales system adapted for each country.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic and operational management of 5 production sites (biotechnological production, tableted dosage forms, aseptic production, soft and liquid forms, API synthesis, etc.)
- Organization of the production process in accordance with production rules and GMP principles
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the production plan
- Development and implementation of measures to increase productivity and more efficient use of production capacities
- Management of projects for the construction and modernization of production lines
- Management of OPEX and CAPEX budgets
Requirements:
- Higher education (pharmaceutical, chemical, technical)
- At least 5 years of experience managing a pharmaceutical plant at the level of Plant Director, Executive Director, or General Director is mandatory. Candidates from other industries will unfortunately not be considered.
- Practical experience managing a plant with multiple dosage forms
- Experience implementing projects to improve efficiency and lean manufacturing
- Experience implementing technological changes, constructing new sections/workshops, and plant areas
- Developed leadership and management skills
Conditions:
- Annual income consists of salary and an annual bonus based on the achievement of key performance indicators
