Confectionery factory Tomer is looking for a Production Director.
Responsibilities will include:
- Organization and management of the entire production process of the factory (full cycle from raw material receipt to finished product output);
- Ensuring the fulfillment of production plans within the established deadlines and in accordance with product quality and safety requirements;
- Monitoring compliance with quality standards and sanitary and hygienic regulations;
- Implementation of effective technologies, optimization of production processes, cost reduction, and productivity increase;
- Management of production personnel: recruitment, training, motivation, work organization, ensuring safe working conditions;.
- Development and control of the production budget execution, analysis of production costs, participation in the formation of enterprise development plans;
- Interaction with other departments of the company (logistics, procurement, sales, quality);
- Prompt resolution of production issues, prevention and elimination of emergency situations;
- Maintaining reporting and analysis of production indicators.
Requirements:
- Higher education (technical, food, management);
- At least 5 years of production experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position (mandatory in the food industry, preferably in confectionery production);
- Experience managing large teams;
- High organizational skills, analytical mindset, responsibility, stress resistance;
- Knowledge of modern production management methods (LEAN, 5S, etc.) will be an advantage;
- Proficient PC user, 1C ERP.
