Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational management of the company.
- Implementation of the development strategy and improvement of business efficiency.
- Development of the procurement function and improvement of the production model.
- Introduction of modern approaches to organizing production processes.
- Improvement of financial, management, and production accounting.
- Formation of a strong management team and personnel reserve.
- Ensuring the growth of the company's financial and operational indicators.
- Interaction with shareholders and the Board of Directors.
Our Expectations
- At least 5 years of experience as a General Director / CEO.
- Experience in retail, public catering, or restaurant chains will be an advantage.
- Successful experience in forming and developing management teams.
- Deep understanding of business economics, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in managing distributed structures, branch networks, or multi-site businesses.
- High level of responsibility, strategic thinking, and ability to make decisions in a highly dynamic environment.
