The distributor of international decorative cosmetics brands Hayler Group is looking for a General Director.

Hayler Group develops cosmetic brands in Russia: TopFace, Miss Tais, James Read, and others. They work with retail chains, wholesale clients, and e-commerce.

Role Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for daily business management, P&L, and the team. Ensure profitable growth and develop cooperation with brands and trade partners.

Key Tasks:

• Connect sales, procurement, inventory, and cash flow into a clear management system
• Develop heads of departments and ensure the execution of agreed-upon decisions
• Manage the economics of channels: retail chains, wholesale, and e-commerce
• Agree on strategy, powers, and key goals with the owner and be responsible for their execution

Who they are looking for:

• A leader with experience in P&L responsibility and managing multiple business functions. Experience in distribution, beauty, FMCG, or other businesses with inventory and multiple sales channels is important.
• They want to discuss a specific management case during the interview: the initial situation, your decisions, and their impact on profit, cash flow, and team performance.

Terms and scope of authority are discussed individually with the owner.
