USHATAVA clothing brand is looking for a Commercial Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formation and implementation of a unified commercial strategy for the brand across all sales channels (retail, e-commerce, wholesale, international sales);
- Development of the commercial calendar, allocation of commercial goals by function;
- Development of an omnichannel sales model, formation of an interaction model between channels;
- Ensuring the commercial efficiency of retail, e-commerce, wholesale;
- Management and development of the assortment matrix (management of the product pyramid, assortment depth, price architecture, stock levels);
- Influence on the collection before launch through the formation of a commercial brief for the assortment matrix and product marketing accents;
- Initiating assortment committees and launching order formation processes;
- Formation of commercial analytics and a system for regular analysis of commercial indicators (sell-through, inventory turnover, commercial profit structure, unit economics of channels);
- Management of the commercial department team.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Fashion/Premium/Luxury segments;
- International experience. Wholesale development experience will be an advantage;
- English language proficiency – B2 or higher;
- Strategic thinking and formation of long-term business, sales, and product development strategies;
- Systemic approach, honesty, and open communication.
