A large retail chain is looking for a Commercial Director with specific experience in grocery retail, who can develop commercial strategy and influence business results.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the development and implementation of the company's development strategy;
- Formation of a commercial strategy for sales growth, profit, and market share;
- Control of the full product flow cycle: procurement, assortment, pricing, inventory;
- Development of relationships with key suppliers, conducting negotiations, and launching joint projects;
- Optimization of commercial processes: promotions, merchandising, category development;
- Analysis of the market, competitors, and customer behavior;
- Management of the assortment matrix and key commercial indicators;
- Leadership of the commercial department: procurement, category management, analytics, pricing.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience as a Commercial Director in chain grocery retail.
- Higher education (economics, management, trade, business);
- Experience as a Commercial Director in FMCG retail for at least 5 years;
- Experience managing large teams and projects for at least 10 years;
- Practical experience managing turnover of 10 billion rubles or more per year;
- Expertise in category management, pricing, and inventory management;
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with federal-level suppliers;
- Willingness to relocate.
