✅ Commercial Director (e-grocery / FMCG) 📍 Almaty
We are looking for a Commercial Director for a rapidly growing company, who will lead the development of the commercial function and build strategies for assortment, pricing, private label (PL), and import direction.
Key Responsibilities: • Development of assortment and pricing strategy; • Launch and development of private label (PL); • Development of direct import and negotiations with key suppliers; • Improving category efficiency, reducing out-of-stock, and developing the commercial team.
We are looking for you if: • You have 7+ years of experience in e-grocery, retail, FMCG, or distribution, with 3+ years in a managerial position; • You have experience managing an assortment of 5,000+ SKUs; • You have a good understanding of category management, unit economics, and pricing; • You have successfully built supplier relations and managed commercial teams.
