📍 Almaty

We are looking for a Commercial Director for one of Kazakhstan's largest manufacturing holdings in the FMCG/agro sector. The company is one of the market leaders and is actively developing its commercial department, distribution, and work with key retail chains in Kazakhstan.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Commercial strategy management
Sales and distribution development
Work with key clients and retail chains
Sales team management
Achievement of commercial KPIs
Regional coverage development

🎯 Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience as Commercial Director / Director of Sales
Experience in FMCG / food / agro
Experience with Modern Trade and distribution
Strong negotiation and management skills
Experience managing large sales teams
