Commercial Director

✅ Commercial Director Almaty Industry: FMCG / Retail

We are looking for you if you have: • At least 7 years of experience managing commercial functions, category blocks, or sales in FMCG, retail, e-grocery, or distribution, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. • Experience managing an assortment matrix of 5,000+ SKUs. • Deep understanding of pricing, unit economics, profitability, and promotional strategies. • Expertise in category management and assortment planning. • Experience with forecasting, stock replenishment, and reducing out-of-stock situations. • Successfully negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts. • Experience building and managing a team of 15+ people.

Responsibilities • Development and implementation of assortment and pricing strategies. • Launch and development of private label brands (PLB). • Development of direct import operations. • Optimization of working conditions with suppliers. • Improving category efficiency and implementing analytics. • Formation and development of the commercial team.
