In Lemana PRO (Leroy Merlin), we are looking for a Category Director.
Mission: Development of the product category through sales channels in stores, online, project sales, marketplaces, B2B.
What you will be doing:
- Define and implement the strategy for your product category
- Implement the strategy through various sales channels
- Guarantee the achievement of high commercial results for the category
- Define and implement the sales strategy in the category
- Define and implement the marketing strategy for the category
- Anticipate customer expectations in the product offering (NPS, reviews)
- Develop a customer-centric culture within your category, build a customer-centric strategy
- Define the pricing strategy for your product category that meets market needs and the overall company strategy
- Develop a supplier management strategy and ensure its implementation in collaboration with the merchandise procurement department
- Create conditions for interaction of your category with communities
- Ensure effective interaction within the category and with other company departments in accordance with the company's culture and values
- Manage and develop employees within your category
- Animate the strategy within the company
- Lead and drive cross-functional projects at the company level
- Matrix management outside of hierarchy
- Interaction with domains: partner commitments, omnichannel sales, logistics, quality, pricing, customer, stores
Requirements:
- Analytics. DATA-driven thinking
- Successful experience in managing sales through e-commerce, marketplaces, B2B
- Experience in procurement, category management
- Experience in team management for 3-5 years
- English language proficiency
- Strategic vision
- Leadership
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in conditions of uncertainty
